What’s up strong dads? Here are this week’s golden nuggets that you can use to be a High Performing Father.

  1. In every situation, become the leader. Take control of the situation and make sure everyone knows that you’re in charge. Don’t let others take you down their path. If you can benefit from what’s going on, make sure you’re headed in the right direction.
  2. Steel sharpens steel. It is difficult circumstances that make extraordinary men. Don’t shy away from hard times. The more you can endure, the farther you will go. Your family will only go as far as you can take them.
  3. The essence of manhood is happily taking on responsibility. You have lots to keep track of. Family, finances, and your wife. You have to be responsible for keeping them all safe and making sure they’re provided for. This is your only job. If you do it well, everything will be alright.
  4. The men that become great are the ones that can endure the same fight day after day. Being resilient is a skill that can be strengthened. Just like going to the gym, you only get stronger if you keep challenging yourself.
  5. You have to be ready to be tested. There’s no point in becoming a Strong Dad if you shy away from challenges. Be ready to be tested. Welcome it. Show them that you were made for this.
  6. You will succeed if you have the right goal. Not because it’s an easy one, but because it’s the right one. If you have the right goal, you will put all you have into it. You will work until the work is done.
  7. I believe in meritocracy. The person that works the hardest will do the best. People who have the most have probably worked the hardest. People like that don’t make excuses, they look for solutions. Be one of those people.
  8. Have some perspective, know where you’re going. Know what is behind you and what is coining in front of you. You can’t go back and change things and you can’t finish things that you haven’t started. If you have perspective, you know what you have to work on right now. Right now is all that matters.

I hope these points helped you out. I hope they made you stronger. I hope they made you a Higher Performing Father. Check out more info from YouTube and Twitter below.

Yours In Fatherhood,

Andres
